BIZSOL Tech has developed a Document Management System for Fauji Foundation.
The foundation generally deals with old records and documentations and requires a database system to keep track of all the old archives by recording them into digital formats for easy access, search and use. That’s when they contacted the BIZSOL Tech team and explained their requirements. Our team then identified all the challenges and possible opportunities in the development of this database management system and started working on the project with C# .Net technologies and used the oracle database management systems for the backend operations. After a lot of hard work from our dedicated development team, the final release is now a stable system which has the ability to create dynamic forms by taking different types of inputs and storing them in digital formats which can easily be searched and accessed throughout the system software. This document management system is an exact replica of the physical document records which has been custom made according to the requirements of Fauji Foundation, digitized for ease of use and it gives more control of how the information can be organized and tracked through the reference of physical documents.
